12:00 – 13:30  Special menu with local cheese at Kısmet Restaurant, Konacık, Bodrum.

14:30 – 15:30 Berna Sevinç Talk on Traditional Carpet wearing of Bodrum & Milas, Oasis

18:00 – 21:00  Dinner at the private home of a migrant family of Crete island origins where the family traditional dishes shall be served with folk dance show, Kumbahçe (Giritli) neighbourhood, Bodrum (reservation Zehra Denizaslanı 0 542 686 14 67)

10:00 – 18:00 Tasting & sale of traditional local cheese

13:00 – 14:00 Cheesemaking workshop with children at Oasis Children’s Club

18:00 – 21:00 Chat with Artun Ünsal plus local cheese tasting and dinner at Karnas Vineyard, Çömlekçi Village (reservation 0530 290 63 96)

10:00 – 17:00 Tasting & sale of traditional local cheese

12:30 – 15:00 Visit to Mazı village which was harmed  by the recent forest fires; Lunch at “Kuzey gözleme Ayşe abla” restaurant with local dishes. (reservation 0544 242 77 54)

19:00 – 21:00  Closing Cocktail with Live Music at Trafo Cultural Center, Bodrum (invitation only)
